Libra Full Super Moon March 2019 - Relationships up for Review

If you’ve been feeling as though a huge energy shift is occurring, that’s because it is. Right now we’re feeling the intense energy of a full super Moon, solar storms, the Equinox, and Mercury retrograde coming to a close. There has been quite a lot of activity in the cosmos in the last several weeks and those who are sensitive to energy are likely feeling this in a major way. You may be feeling completely ungrounded, frazzled, and exhausted on all levels - emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. 

Right now, we are really being asked to leave behind everything that’s not serving us in both our internal and external world. The energy the past few weeks has been working very hard to ensure that those things have been brought out from the subconscious to the light of your conscious. We’ve been shedding so much as we work our way through the transformation, and the next few months will usher in a completely different feel to your experience. There will be a sense of calm and peace as you surrender into the divine evolution of your soul. 

We have a Full Moon at zero degrees of Libra on March 20th at 9:43 PM EST that takes place less than four hours after the Sun enters Aries, marking the time of the Spring Equinox and the beginning of the astrological new year. With this full moon occurring at zero degrees of Libra, it is extremely potent. The energy of this full moon is also enhanced because it is occurring so close to the Equinox. 

The Spring Equinox is all about new beginnings and cycles, and it represents a turning point where things are about to shift in a big way. At this time, we are infused with fresh energy to initiate things. The Spring Equinox supercharges and revives us so that we can find new inspiration and joy for life. It will feel like something is pushing you forward and you'll begin to feel excited about what the future holds. However, with this Full Moon and the South Node conjunction in Capricorn, right now it feels like an ending because you have to let go of things before you can really move forward. But of course, endings and beginnings are intimately intertwined. 

You're likely feeling the anxiousness of wanting to move forward mixed with a frustration of feeling like you're not able to yet. The main cause of the frustration right now will be surrounding relationships. You are reviewing and readjusting your relationships. You’re figuring out what to leave behind and what to take forward with you, differentiating what serves you from what doesn't, in all areas of your life but especially in regards to relationships. 

With this full moon occurring at zero degrees of Libra, you aren't going to have those answers just yet. You are currently in major deliberation mode. This is the first of two full moons in Libra in one month, and this is not a normal astrological occurrence. There are big decisions that need to be made before you can move forward with your new way of being, the new expression of your identity - the emergence of your new self. But, you're not ready just yet to make those final decisions. At the next Full Moon in Libra on April 19th, you will have a much better idea of what needs to happen. 

With the Sun conjunct Chiron, you could be feeling a little vulnerable, sensitive and insecure. Chiron hasn't been in Aries in a very long time. You have to make decisions about things that are going to launch you into a new life, but you've never expressed your identity in this way before so it's all really new territory for you to be in. It's almost like you know decisions need to be made but you're unsure of how to even go about doing that right now, because you're still trying to wrap your head around all the changes that are taking place within you.

The ruling planets of the two luminaries, Venus and Mars, are in a square, so you're trying to rework and renegotiate relationships so that they can fit in with the new life you're creating for yourself. This is a very make or break energy with relationships; some won't make it to the next Libra Full Moon in a month. This could all be a little frustrating with the Sun conjunct Chiron and pretty uncomfortable with this Mars square Venus energy. Mars is the warrior planet of aggression, so you're really feeling the heat in your relationships right now. There is an underlying tension that is palpable. You know that there is something that needs to be changed and you're gradually trying to get there. With Venus sextile Jupiter, the relationships that will stick around are the ones that are going to be ok with doing things in new and different ways and that will embrace the transformations that need to occur. 

With Mars trine Saturn and Pluto in the South Node, you're beginning to get a better idea of what's transpired in the past and what you need to do in your life to feel more stable and secure. There are good things happening under the surface even if the outward appearance doesn't reflect that at this time. With the Moon in a quincunx to Uranus in Taurus, you're starting to get a better idea of your own worth and value, what you want, the direction you're going in, and making it all happen and you're simultaneously trying to figure out how other people are going to fit in with this, either to go along with you on this new journey or to be left behind. 

With Mercury still retrograde (goes direct on March 28th) and in a conjunction with Neptune in Pisces, this retrograde period has been all about your subconscious patterns coming to the light of the conscious in order for you to understand them. You've probably been very confused trying to figure out what you're feeling, making sense of what's happened in the past, and how you move forward from here. This has been all about digging things up from the past so that you can deal with those old issues. 

Now, with this new understanding of your emotional needs, you have to weigh things out and then rearrange your life to get everything in order to set you up for success in this new direction that you're moving towards. With Mercury also sextile Saturn and Pluto, you've been thinking about and having conversations about your feelings and the past over the last few weeks and that's bringing you more clarity about what needs to happen next. You're almost ready to make final adjustments to relationships and money matters, and you'll be way more certain and ready to take decisive action at the next Full Moon in Libra on April 19th. 

These are life-changing times, very rare astrological occurrences have been happening. April (other than December when the Saturn Pluto conjunction will be exact) will be the biggest month of the year astrologically. April will be all about your new journey. It will be a turning point where you will be standing up for yourself and initiating things that are very close to your heart.
